We share personal data with service providers who help us operate, including our CRM and marketing platform, email delivery providers, hosting providers and analytics providers. These providers process data on our instructions under written agreements. We share data within the Data Legends group where a group company is better placed to help you. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are removed on request.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 9.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would ask that you raise the issue with us first so we can try to put it right.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, least privilege access to client systems and staff training on data handling.
